We had to remove 452 freshers because they performed poorly in repeated assessments even after training. According to the Times of India newspaper, the company had to pay Rs 75,000 each for training costs to the affected employees but the company “waived” the cost.
Last week, the company reported a better-than-expected 2.8 percent rise in consolidated net profit for the December 2022 quarter and expressed optimism about “strong” bookings for the fourth quarter despite negative global cues.
