Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports invites applications from eligible persons for engagement as Young Professionals in the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports. The details of the engagement as are follows-

One year or posting of regular staff in the Ministry, whichever is earlier

Education Qualification:-

Master’s Degree in relevant subject or BE/B.Tech or 2 Years PG Diploma in Management or MBBS or LLB or CA or ICWA or possessing any Professional Degree earned after a study of 4 years or more acquifed after 10+2

Role :

Consolidating all communication

received from G-20 Secretariat time to time w.r.t.. Y20 from various Ministries/Departments of Gol, Private

Stake Holders and G-20 Countries and other International Organizations. Maintaining database of various nodal officers of G20 countries/organizations and updating the list on real time basis.

To consolidate all the inputs/information such as issues note, concept paper, white paper, pre- summit event related documents received from Secretariat Y-20

Draft and provide substantive inputs for the development of documents (including concept notes, briefs, decks, speeches, talking points etc.) produced by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports and YuWaah in close coordination with relevant UN agencies

Coordinate with stakeholders of Y20 such as Universities, Civil Society, etc. Identify panelist speaker for the thematic areas ensuring regional and gender balance

Plan activities of the project and monitor progress against the approved work plan. Provide technical inputs under the project.

Monitoring Social media handles for tate Windows Y20 including but not limited to Y20ttings to activate W website, twitter handle, etc.

Creation of content for print and social

media based on the events/activities. Manage requests of participating countries, organisations and other stake holders.

Support and provide a regular report as needed such as daily or weekly report; Develop and maintain a system and procedures for the safekeeping and

maintenance of documents & records:

Development of portal for National Yuva

Volunteer Registry Any other activities decided by the

Department of Youth Affairs

A fixed monthly amount of Rs. 70,000/- (Rupees Seventy Thousand only) will be admissible. There will be no annual increment / percentage increase during the contract period. No DA admissible over this fixed amount.
