About the role
We are looking for a Trainee Front End Devloper to provide development, QA, and support services to IWMS applications/projects.
The candidate will be responsible for the implementation/support of frond end solutions within the IWMS application platform.
Front End Developer responsibilities include designing and implementing technical solutions along with unit testing the code developed, addressing technical-support issues/bugs/enhancement requests/tickets.
Discussing and understanding the requirements and the issues with the BA/Clients will also be a key factor in this role.
Handle end-to-end SDLC lifecycle of the solutions developed.
The role will also include interactions with the on-site teams/clients and the need to overlap shift timings with them.
Responsibilities
Propose and implement optimum solution for business requirements
Discuss requirement with project stakeholder
Update technical design documentations
Configure re-usable components
Trouble-shoot and provide resolutions
Perform data clean-up activities and help to solve data-related issues.
Ensure the code review process
The quick turnaround time to resolve defects and issue
Provide regular updates to the team on task progresses
Ability to work in a diverse fast-paced environment and effectively collaborate across multiple teams
Technical Skills & Competencies
Good understanding of programming concepts ex. Data Types, Loops, Conditional Statements, Array etc
Good understanding of Web Based Technologies ex. HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts
Good understanding of Model-view-controller architectural pattern
Good understanding of Relational Database Management System and MySQL
Good to have: Knowledge of Angular, React.JS, Polymer, Bootstrap, jQuery
Good to have: Knowledge of C and Java programming language
Good to have: Knowledge of Postman, GitHub, VS Code editor tools
Good logical thinking to apply to technical solutions
Fast learner of new technologies and processes
Solve complex problems
Good understanding of project management methodologies like Waterfall, Agile/Scrum
Good communication skills, ability to communicate with teams to understand and implement requirements
