We are looking for suitable Graduates experienced with good communication skills to support the Hubbell India customer service Team’s routine, adhoc activities, and projects predominantly but not limited to any specific task. This requirement is for responding to customer enquiries, sales order creation, expediting orders, quote creations, price resolutions & other customer service activities

Duties and Responsibilities of Trainee Associate

Some of the key responsibilities are: (but not limited to)

  • Support routine activities based on Service Level Agreement
  • Support Customer enquiries, order entry, order changes and other requirements of customers
  • Work as customer service associate flexible to support during night shift
  • Contribute as a team member to ensure the Hubbell India team meets all its KPIs
  • Ensure daily volumes are completed with high quality standard and quick TAT
  • Ensure all requests from customers and CS teams are acknowledged for the day and coordinate with teams across the enterprise to resolve customer enquiries

Skills and Experience

Required : Excellent Communication skills, Good computer skills

Added advantage : SAP, Order management, Sales force, MS Excel
