What You’ll Do:
- Engaging with delivery partners of Dunzo, End to End partner On-boarding.
- Understand the partner requirement and help the partner through the support processes and take feedback.
- Explaining eligibility criteria of various incentive schemes designed for partners and helping partners understand new products and services.
- Strong verbal communication with proficiency in both Hindi and English language is Mandatory.
- Atleast 6 months to 1 Year experience with Vendor Management and Partner Onboarding is Mandatory.
- Handling day-to-day operations
- Should know basic/intermediate level of excel.
- Implementing new channels to acquire new supply.
- Solve partner-related issues, supply team queries of new processes, and changes.
- Should manage blue-collar workers at partner offices to resolve the issues on right time.
- Managing communication between the company and its partner community via comms.
- Building efficiency in support processes by improving partner experience
- CTC:3 to 3.25LPA
Skills Required:
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technology.
- Communication skills, with the ability to interact and connect with many types of personalities.
- Enthusiasm about selling our product to potential partner-partners.
- Passion for empowering others.
- Ability to quickly and efficiently problem solve and troubleshoot – if you don’t know the answer, you know where to look and who to ask.
- Ability to identify pain points and propose solutions..

- Intermediate- Basic English level: Ability to read and understand emails and training
