Trainee-Developer (Fresher) is someone with basic foundation in software development & at least one programming language/framework. The trainees will be put on a 3 month’s training with a Stipend and will be trained via formal daily hands-on training, live POCs/Pilots & on the job assignments in a structured module with regular assessments done.

At the end of month 3, those who clear evaluation & assessment will be placed in Software-Developer(Trainee) with a starting package of 3.6 Lakh Per Annum. Those requiring additional training and have shown satisfactory progress during first 3 months, can be placed in 3 months extended training. Post training- the technology assignment will be based on fitment & organizational need. beGalileo (CarveNIche Technology) works on most niche technologies in vogue currently (React Native/React/ Python/Node/ ROR)/ AWS/ AZURE/html/Javascript etc). Those in final year can also be considered for internship position for uptown 6 months.

Post application- Shortlisted profiles will be called for interviews which includes written test & evaluation as well as basic programming text.

Responsibilities

-As a trainee, you should be quick to pick up the assigned technology with help from On-the-job training & mentorship of project team

-Should be able to apply logic, structure own work & be able to think with basic functional clarity

-Should be able too think end to end functionality of use cases (as trainee they will be of minimal complexity)

-Should be fast learner and be able to take up use cases of medium complexity for production

-Should be able to troubleshoot, debug issues assigned & come up with solutions to implement & fix

Qualifications

BE/BTECH/MCA/MBA or any graduate who has undergone Training in software programming (any language). Relevant certifications are a plus

Excellent Logical & Analytical Skill

Good verbal and written communication skills

Familiarity with UI & use case design & flow diagrams is a definite plus

Should have some hands on exposure or familiarity with any one programming language & one RDBMS (noSQL is a plus)

Process for selection & offer:

  • Candidates will be interviewed on logical/analytical & communication abilities
  • Those who are cleared on logical & communication test will be required to take a simple programming test (simple Javascript/HTML/CSS)
  • Those who cleared, will be considered for final selection interview for Trainee-Developer  (on initial stipend & post training 3.6 LPA)
  • Candidates will be expected & required to stay for a stipulated duration, via an exclusive agreement, in the organization to justify the effort put in training them.
