Adolescence– A age group between 10-24 comes with a lot of responsibilities where we have to pursue our career while enjoying our lives to the fullest. This is the time period when we often mess up a lot of things. You’ll fail big and maybe you’ll think the time is gone. Now we can spend minutes, hours, days, weeks or even months over analysing a situation trying to put the pieces together, justifying what could’ve happened if….. or you can just leave the pieces on the floor and move on.

Holding onto anything is like holding your breath. You will suffocate. The only way to get anything in this physical universe is by letting go of it and it will come to you if it’s meant for you.Perphas it seems a little uncertain from here and you are afraid of moving on. It takes a lot of strength to pull your own self out of a dark place mentally. The minute you decide you want better for yourself, is the minute the entire universe begins to shift in your favor. But for now have faith and trust the proccess of moving on.

Discovering and chasing new dreams in your 30’s. Finding love in your 40’s. Finding yourself and your purpose in your 50’s. Life doesn’t end at 25. Let’s stop acting like it does. Move on.

This journey won’t be easy. You’ll face obstacle at every point of your process. But remember day by day, moment by moment, you’ll only come back stronger everytime you break. You will also come back softer,wiser and sharper than before. There will be times when you will feel overwhelmed. When you feel as it is over, as this is the end. But the truth is, this is only your beginning to the another part of your story. Just be slow, stable and consistent.Dont rush. Believe in your instincts. Trust those vibes. When you don’t feel right about something don’t feel right about something, don’t do it. No matter who asks you to. Energies don’t lie. Stay strong. Stay beautiful. Keep Moving.

1)Whatever you’re going through now is temporary.
2)Think about your loved ones
3)Think about all the places you’ve never been and if you’ve been, think about the chances to experience that again.
4)Think about the people you affect every single day. Even if it’s just a smile or a nod in their direction. It can let them out of a place of darkness.
5)Think about the dreams you had as a child or have now and what it would be like to fulfill it.
6)Remember you’re not alone.There are people out there who know you, who care about you and who will miss you if you are gone.

At the end what matters is if you lost, failed, won, cried, laughed, loved but didn’t fold.
